We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes "About The Role" (we can treat as About the role). Then responsibilities: many bullet-like sentences. Requirements: "About You" includes prior experience, etc. Qualifications: maybe "Preferred" etc. Skills: maybe "Basic computer skills". Benefits: there is "Our Benefits". Pay: not mentioned (no specific pay). Schedule: mention shift hours: "day-shift production operations at the Burlington facility from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m." Also "Ability to work odd hours, weekends, and rotating shift schedule required." So schedule info exists. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: "Our Company" maybe not needed as a section; but we could include as "About the Company"? Not in allowed headings list. So we should omit that. Also "Scoular Employee Resource Groups" etc is boilerplate; remove. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to capture all details from About The Role, About You, Preferred, Our Benefits, shift hours, etc. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. We need to decide which content goes to which section. Section headings allowed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map: - About the role: introductory paragraph about role (the first paragraph maybe). Could be the "About The Role" paragraph that describes leading day-shift production operations, etc. We'll put that as prose

. - Responsibilities: list of duties (lead day-shift production operations, perform and coordinate facility maintenance, safety and production team leadership). We'll make

    • items. - Requirements: mandatory requirements from "About You": prior experience as maintenance technician etc, high school graduate or equivalent, working knowledge of trades classifications, basic computer skills, ability to work odd hours, weekends, rotating shift schedule required. Also maybe "Prior experience operating, inspecting, maintaining, or supporting industrial ammonia refrigeration systems." etc. We'll list as
      • . - Qualifications: maybe "Preferred" items: Industrial refrigeration or ammonia refrigeration training, certification, or demonstrated operating experience. Technical degree, trade certification, or equivalent industrial maintenance experience. Also maybe "Demonstrated mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment and the ability to coordinate contractors and technical resources." Actually that is also a requirement? It appears in "About You" as "Demonstrated mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment and the ability to coordinate contractors and technical resources." That seems a requirement. We'll keep in Requirements. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's parse the "About You" block: "About You Prior experience as a maintenance technician, operations lead, production lead, or similar hands-on industrial role. Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical production equipment. Prior experience operating, inspecting, maintaining, or supporting industrial ammonia refrigeration systems. Experience guiding production employees while personally performing and coordinating facility maintenance. Experience coordinating qualified contractors and technical resources for larger, specialized, or complex maintenance work.High School graduate or equivalent required.Working knowledge of trades classifications and functions (electrical & mechanical)Demonstrated mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment and the ability to coordinate contractors and technical resources.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and maintenance or production systems as required.Ability to work odd hours, weekends, and rotating shift schedule required. Preferred Industrial refrigeration or ammonia refrigeration training, certification, or demonstrated operating experience.Technical degree, trade certification, or equivalent industrial maintenance experience." Thus we can separate mandatory (before "Preferred") and preferred (after). Mandatory = Requirements. Preferred = Qualifications (or Skills?). Qualifications heading is appropriate for preferred qualifications. Skills heading could be for specific skills like basic computer skills, but we already have that in requirements. Might be better to put computer skills under Skills. But we need to follow instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. We can have multiple sections. Let's decide: - About the role: intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties (lead day-shift production, perform/maintenance, safety/team leadership). Could be three bullet groups. - Requirements: mandatory requirements list (prior experience, HS grad, working knowledge of trades, ability to work odd hours, etc). We'll include bullet items. - Qualifications: preferred qualifications list (industrial refrigeration training/certification, technical degree/trade certification, etc). We'll bullet. - Skills: maybe "Basic computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and maintenance or production systems as required." Could be a skill. Also "Demonstrated mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience" is more experience than skill. But we could put under Skills: "Basic computer skills (Microsoft 365, maintenance/production systems)". We'll bullet. - Benefits: from "Our Benefits": list of benefits: competitive health plans first day, incentive opportunity, 401k safe harbor and additional company match, 12 paid holidays + vacation sick wellbeing time off, 8 hours paid volunteer time per year, annual incentive opportunities based on business and individual performance. We'll bullet. - Pay: not mentioned, so omit. - Schedule: mention shift hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., ability to work odd hours, weekends, rotating shift schedule required. We'll bullet or prose. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. We need to ensure we don't include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft:

        About the role

The Plant & Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading day-shift production operations at the Burlington facility from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Assigned production employees and the Lead Operator report to this position. In addition to guiding production, the supervisor has overall responsibility for coordinating and performing facility maintenance. The role oversees the ammonia refrigeration system, completes required daily inspections and minor maintenance, performs maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical equipment, and coordinates qualified third-party resources for larger, specialized, or more complex maintenance work.

        Responsibilities

        • Lead Day-Shift Production Operations: Lead assigned production employees and the Lead Operator in executing the daily production plan safely, efficiently, and in accordance with food safety, quality, and customer requirements; provide clear daily priorities, coordinate staffing and work assignments, monitor operating conditions and production performance, and address issues that could affect safety, quality, service, or throughput; ensure required shift communication, production records, inspections, housekeeping, sanitation, and handoff activities are completed; partner with the Plant Manager and supporting functions to coordinate product flow, scheduling, maintenance needs, sanitation, and customer requirements.
        • Perform and Coordinate Facility Maintenance: Own overall maintenance coordination and equipment reliability for the Burlington facility; personally perform and guide daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities based on safety, operational risk, and production needs; oversee the ammonia refrigeration system, including required daily inspections, operating checks, documentation, and minor maintenance within the individual’s training and qualifications; perform maintenance and troubleshooting on mechanical equipment and coordinate appropriate support for electrical, controls, refrigeration, and other specialized work; engage, direct, and oversee qualified third-party resources for larger, specialized, or more complex maintenance activities; use production employees to support appropriate basic maintenance activities when trained, qualified, and safely assigned; ensure maintenance work is completed safely, documented appropriately, and communicated, including equipment status, outstanding risks, and follow-up needs; support maintenance planning, parts and material needs, contractor coordination, and responsible use of the maintenance budget.
        • Safety and Production Team Leadership: Supervise, train, coach, and hold assigned production employees and the Lead Operator accountable for safe work, food safety, quality, attendance, performance, and completion of responsibilities; ensure employees and contractors follow company policies, operating procedures, safe-work practices, permit requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements; lead the immediate response to equipment failures, safety concerns, ammonia refrigeration issues, product quality concerns, and other abnormal operating conditions; escalate significant issues as appropriate; support employee development through cross-training, qualification, feedback, and clear accountability; promote a culture of safe operations, equipment care, timely problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

        Requirements

        • Prior experience as a maintenance technician, operations lead, production lead, or similar hands‑on industrial role.
        • Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical production equipment.
        • Prior experience operating, inspecting, maintaining, or supporting industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.
        • Experience guiding production employees while personally performing and coordinating facility maintenance.
        • Experience coordinating qualified contractors and technical resources for larger, specialized, or complex maintenance work.
        • High school graduate or equivalent.
        • Working knowledge of trades classifications and functions (electrical & mechanical).
        • Demonstrated mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment and the ability to coordinate contractors and technical resources.
        • Ability to work odd hours, weekends, and rotating shift schedule.

        Qualifications

        • Industrial refrigeration or ammonia refrigeration training, certification, or demonstrated operating experience.
        • Technical degree, trade certification, or equivalent industrial maintenance experience.

        Skills

        • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft 365 and maintenance or production systems as required.

        Benefits

        • Competitive health plans that begin on the employee's first day (no waiting period).
        • Incentive opportunity, 401(k) safe harbor and additional company match.
        • 12 paid holidays plus vacation, sick, and wellbeing time off.
        • 8 hours of paid volunteer time each year.
        • Annual incentive opportunities based on business and individual performance.

        Schedule

        • Day‑shift production operations: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
        • Ability to work odd hours, weekends, and rotating shift schedule required.
Check for any duplicated content: We included "Ability to work odd hours, weekends, and rotating shift schedule" both in Requirements and Schedule. That's okay but maybe redundant. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we can keep it in both sections but maybe better to keep only in Schedule and remove from Requirements to avoid duplication. However the requirement list originally includes that ability; we could keep it there and also mention schedule. Duplication may be okay but better to avoid redundancy. Let's move it to Schedule only, and remove from Requirements. But we need to ensure we still preserve the info; it's present in Schedule. So we can remove from Requirements. Let's adjust Requirements list: remove that line. Now Requirements list: - Prior experience as a maintenance technician, operations lead, production lead, or similar hands‑on industrial role. - Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical production equipment. - Prior experience operating, inspecting, maintaining, or supporting industrial ammonia refrigeration systems. - Experience guiding production employees while personally performing and coordinating facility maintenance. - Experience coordinating qualified contractors and technical resources for larger, specialized, or complex maintenance work. - High school graduate or equivalent. - Working knowledge of trades classifications and functions (electrical & mechanical). - Demonstrated mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience with industrial equipment and the ability to coordinate contractors and technical resources. Now Schedule: - Day‑shift production operations: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. - Ability to work odd hours, weekends, and rotating shift schedule required. Now check Benefits: we included incentive opportunity twice? We have "Incentive opportunity,
