Position Summary

We're seeking a Maintenance Operations Planner to support maintenance and reliability activities within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance work to maximize equipment uptime, improve efficiency, and support production objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and long-range maintenance schedules.
  • Create, review, and prioritize maintenance work orders.
  • Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and spare parts required for planned work.
  • Adjust schedules based on production demands, equipment needs, and resource availability.
  • Facilitate planning meetings with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Monitor spare parts inventory and support procurement activities.
  • Communicate planned maintenance activities and potential operational impacts.
  • Track maintenance performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or coordination within a manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or semiconductor environment.
  • Proficiency with CMMS/EAM systems, preferably Maximo.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP.
  • Working knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
  • Ability to interpret technical documents, equipment records, and work instructions.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and spare parts inventory.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree, technical certification, or related training in Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, or industrial maintenance background.
  • Training or certification in maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability practices.
