About the role

As Veo's Maintenance Operations Manager, you'll help lead our innovative dockless micro-mobility program by ensuring efficient daily warehouse and maintenance operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our fleet is repaired and ready for deployment at the highest quality possible. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive daily ridership, lead a high-performing team, and provide users with exceptional vehicle quality. This role reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse and maintenance operations
  • Perform physical tasks including moving scooters, driving vans, and maintaining scooters
  • Set and manage daily routes for hourly associates for maintenance tasks and repair priorities
  • Identify gaps in hitting operations metrics and develop solutions to fix them
  • Drive timely and accurate submission of fleet health count, weekly operations data updates, and maintenance requests
  • Recruit and train local team
  • Manage inventory and ensure parts are ordered

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3+ years of experience in maintenance/auto repair, from diagnosis through repair and quality assurance
  • At least 1-2 years managing operations in fleets, warehousing, distribution, delivery, or similar fields
  • Comfortable lifting 60 lbs routinely

Pay

Competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary range of $80,000 - $87,000, plus quarterly performance bonus, equity (stock options), and full benefits. Total compensation for this role, including bonus potential, ranges from $80,000 - $97,000. Pay is determined by geographic cost of labor and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
