About the role
Location: Walmart Supercenter #1728, 2321 Charles St, Anderson, IN 46013, US. Employment type: Full‑Time.
Responsibilities
Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, they maintain a clean and safe environment.

Pay
Hourly wage: $14 – $27 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance‑based incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.
Schedule
Available shifts: Overnight.
