Pay
Hourly wage: $15 – $28 per hour (actual rate meets or exceeds the local minimum wage). Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premium pay may apply in amounts from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression by maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the store—from the parking lot and receiving area to the restrooms.
