About the role

Senneca Holdings is seeking dynamic, high-achieving Maintenance Technicians to join our team in a full-time, multi-craft environment. This role emphasizes problem-solving, exceeding customer expectations, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance (PM’s), and minor electrical repairs
• Handle building maintenance and minor plumbing tasks
• Work with robotics (experience helpful)
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety and quality work
• Respond promptly to internal customer needs
• Read, write, and communicate orally in English
• Safely lift up to 50 pounds

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in maintenance
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven electrical skills to diagnose and repair electrical equipment
• Proven metal fabrication skills (welding, cutting, construction)
• Proven mechanical abilities to troubleshoot and repair machines
• Experience utilizing shop tools safely
• Preferred: Post-high school education in an industrial trade-related field
• Preferred: Experience as a maintenance technician in an industrial facility
