About the role
In this role you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair duties so that your assembly plant can continue its high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Daily attendance critical to plant success
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry duties
- Control tool inventory
- Change oil in cars, forklifts, and hydraulics
- Order supplies
- Manage budget
Qualifications
- Able to pass drug screen and background check
- Advanced knowledge of pneumatic tools
- Computer expertise
- Driver's license and ability to maintain a clean record
Work Environment
The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g. working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
Physical Demands
The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods both indoors and outdoors of remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
