Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• High mechanical comprehension
• Previous welding and/or machining experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of maintenance duties including carpentry, painting, basic equipment and facility repairs, and simple electrical work
• Adjusts, maintains, repairs, and makes parts for general plant and production machinery
• Applies knowledge of electro-mechanical applications, motors, engines, pumps, vacuum and pneumatic systems, heating, ventilation, piping & plumbing, carpentry, and electrical circuitry
• Maintains the upkeep of the grounds and facility as needed
• Works in various areas/departments as needed
• Performs other assigned tasks as directed by management
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of work area
• Follows all safety regulations and complies with S.O.P.'s, DEP, EPA, OSHA, FDA, and cGMP's while performing duties
• Attends in-house training sessions
