What You'll Do
- Lead and support a shift team of technicians, keeping lines running at 98%+ uptime.
- Bring structure and a steady hand to the shift, and develop your techs along the way.
- Stay hands-on with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics).
- Help drive the move to predictive maintenance so the work gets more planned over time.
Pay
- $40/hr plus weekend and holiday premiums
- $7,000 sign-on bonus
- $5.00/hr off-shift premium
- $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement
Schedule
- Hiring on all shifts: 1st (6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.), 2nd (2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.), and 3rd (10:00 p.m.–6:30 p.m.)
- Enjoy a predictable rotating schedule with every other weekend off and built-in overtime opportunities as part of your regular schedule.
