We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to support our high‑speed beverage production facility. Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair beverage production and bottling equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and rebuild components
• Reduce downtime through effective root‑cause troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate maintenance and compliance documentation
• Work closely with production, quality, and safety teams
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors on repairs and upgrades

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in beverage or high‑speed manufacturing
• High School Diploma/GED (technical training preferred)
• Mechanical Aptitude Test required
• Experience with bottling equipment, compressors, boilers, chillers, and water processing
• Ability to diagnose electrical issues (single/three‑phase)
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office; SAP a plus)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical inspections
• Able to work independently and support multiple shifts when needed
