Maintenance Mechanic II - Exclusive Resorts - Full Time

About the role

You are a key member of our Engineering Team, serving as a Maintenance Mechanic II. Your role involves providing friendly, attentive, and timely service to ensure the maintenance of various systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
• Monitor work environment and public areas for safety hazards
• Perform proactive and preventative maintenance on all equipment
• Maintain inventory of supplies and parts
• Repair items as needed
• Aid in training others on the safe and proper use of equipment and tools
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and other teams
• Assist with excavation, filling, laying pipe, pulling wire, debris removal, polishing, burnishing, pressure washing, and related tasks
• Support the Security team in maintaining OSHA standards
• Drive company vehicles safely and keep work areas and vehicles clean, safe, and organized

Requirements

• Three years or more of trade experience or industry maintenance position
• Proficient in use of power and manual hand tools and meters
• Possess and maintain valid Georgia driver’s license
• Read schematics and blueprints, perform basic mathematical equations and calculations
• Physical strength and stamina for prolonged physical activity, indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, pull, and push up to 75 pounds intermittently
• Comfortable with higher than normal noise levels, electrical, chemical, and strong fume hazards
• Timely and flexible scheduling
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
