Maintenance Mechanic II
Overview
Waters Corporation is currently leading a search for a 1st Shift Maintenance Mechanic to join their organization. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience with a wide variety of equipment and utility systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate and perform preventive maintenance (PM) tasks in a highly automated chemical manufacturing environment.
- Work on a variety of equipment including: Reactors, Filters and drying ovens. Chillers, air compressors, boilers and pumps HVAC units, cooling towers and heat exchangers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years previous experience in repair and maintenance required.
- Basic pipe fitting experience preferred.
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to comprehend and follow written procedures and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills.
