Maintenance Mechanic II
About the role
Repairs electrical circuits. Troubleshooting defective power, lighting and control systems. Installs new services. Completes required documentations. Adheres to all Codes requirements. Performs preventive maintenance inspections and repairs. Performs assigned area sweeps. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Required – High school graduate or equivalent.
- Preferred – Minimum 2 years previous experience in a commercial environment.
- Required – Valid active VA driving license. Must not exceed license points as outlined in the company’s Driver Safety Policy.
