MAINTENANCE MECHANIC, FMFH - PLANT OPERATIONS

About the role

This customer service focused position is responsible for the facility maintenance of buildings and equipment essential to the operations in a clinic or hospital setting. May assist or perform a variety of repair work, general maintenance and mechanical maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility maintenance of buildings and equipment in a clinic or hospital setting
• Assist with or perform repair work, general maintenance, and mechanical maintenance
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and grounds-keeping systems

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license (required for first and second shift staff only; third shift staff moving to first or second shift must provide proof upon transfer)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of building maintenance or plant operations experience (preferred)
• Mechanic certification or equivalent (preferred)

Schedule

• Full-time (1.0 FTE, 80 hours per pay period)
• First shift
• Holidays required
• Weekends every 7 weeks
• On-site at Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital
