Testing Requirements
The purpose of the Program is to ensure that candidates possess the necessary physical capacity to safely perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations. Offers of employment are contingent upon the candidate's successful completion of a Physical Ability Evaluation (PAE) test specific to the essential functions and measured physical demands of this position. A final/official job offer will be extended after successful completion of the test.
