Maintenance Mechanic

Essential Job Functions

• General Maintenance:
  • Performs routine maintenance of buildings and grounds (e.g. ceilings, flooring, wall hangings, lockers, doors, carpentry, exterior and interior repairs)
  • Makes minor equipment repairs
  • Maintains the preventative maintenance schedule
  • Tends to low pressure boilers, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and other mechanical systems
  • Evaluates and make minor repairs to HVAC Equipment; pneumatic and digital system
  • Performs general plumbing maintenance
  • Tends to minor maintenance repairs and reports back to supervisor
