This is a full-time, rotating position focused on performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine maintenance and repairs on major equipment.
• Assists plumbers, HVAC Technicians, Refrigeration Technicians, and Stationary Engineers with major repairs and equipment replacement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Graduate of trade or vocational school in a related field (preferred).
• 3 years of experience working for a mechanical or general contractor, or experience in a commercial or hospital service environment.
