Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner, following all company safety policies, processes, and procedures.
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs on production machinery, including Injection Molding Machines (IMM) and CNC equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on production machinery and facility equipment as scheduled or required.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair basic mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment and facility systems.
- Absorb basic facility maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report equipment issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Education
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing.
- Basic mechanical and electrical skill set.
- Basic mechanical aptitude required for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing production equipment and facility systems.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
- Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures, work instructions, and safety policies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around operating machinery.
- Ability to respond to maintenance needs in a timely manner while following all safety requirements.
