Maintenance Mechanic

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery, motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and related equipment.
• Diagnose and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete maintenance and repair work.
• Read and interpret diagrams, schematics, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications.
• Install, set up, and fine-tune injection molding machines or similar plastic molding equipment.
• Install and maintain fixtures, equipment, and facility systems as needed.
• Service machinery through lubrication, greasing, fueling, and other routine maintenance activities.
• Identify and correct potential safety hazards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain proper use of maintenance supplies and resources.
• Complete additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical/electrical schematics.
• Experience with industrial equipment maintenance and repair techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekend schedules as needed.
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Schedule

• 1st Shift (1 opening): Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift (2 openings): Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift (3 openings): Monday – Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Pay Rate

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $40.00/hour (based on experience)
