Responsibilities
- Perform preventive/corrective maintenance, inspections, and installations on facility equipment and machinery
- Execute utility and structural repairs in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
- Maintain complete documentation of work and inspections to meet policy and warranty standards
- Manage parts inventory, supply requisitions, and emergency service calls
Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: Driver’s license preferred. Maintenance Professional preferred. Maintenance Professional specializing in Mechanics preferred.
- Education: High school diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
