Maintenance Mechanic 1st shift

Starting Wage

$30+ per hour, based on experience

Hours

Monday- Friday, hours between 9am-5pm or can be later in day if preferred, overtime and on-call as needed.

N9234 Lake Park Road, Appleton WI 54915 and 675 Brighton Beach Road, Menasha WI 54942

As a Maintenance Mechanic

• Perform preventative maintenance on scheduled events for building, equipment, and conveyor
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Interpret operational manuals, manufacturer’s specifications, blueprints, and schematics for repairing machinery
• Use of hand tools and power tools required
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of your shift

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as contribute to the overall success of the team
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines and easily adapt to change
• Maintenance and general repair knowledge
• Prior conveyor and/or packaging equipment experience
