Maintenance Mech Technician- Night

Responsible for

• Coordinating and supervising maintenance tasks
• Performing complex building repairs
• Maintaining preventive maintenance programs and procedures
• Directing work and supervising vendors/technicians
• Conducting weekly and monthly building inspections
• Scheduling, directing, and ensuring satisfactory completion of work
• Scheduling and facilitating vendor testing of emergency generator, sprinkler system alarms, and other systems
• Recording data from main electrical panels quarterly
• Inspecting various equipment and building areas
• Maintaining positive interactions with associates
• Supporting with conference room set-up for meetings, caterings, and events
• Maintaining accountability for all deliveries
• Ensuring receipt and accountability for all deliveries
• Performing other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 6+ years of building experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn and perform routine maintenance tasks
• Ability to work assigned shift schedule, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends
• Familiarity with basic hand & power tools
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and follow-through in completing assigned tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check
