About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Material Coordinator V to act as a vital link between operations, procurement, and supply chain teams on a dynamic, high-stakes project in Sabine Pass, TX. Responsibilities

• Coordinate the procurement, staging, and availability of materials essential for maintenance activities
• Manage inventory, expedite requests, and optimize supply processes to drive efficiency and safety on site
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, engineering, and operations teams, providing valuable insights that support maintenance reliability and project success

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in large production facilities (oil, gas, chemical, or LNG)
• Strong proficiency with SAP, Prometheus, and P-6 planning tools
• Demonstrated knowledge of materials management practices and maintenance reliability
• Effective communication skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• A validated craft training designation in mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation is a plus
• Experience with procurement in a regulated industrial setting
• Familiarity with MOCs (Management of Change processes)
• Ability to support after-hours procurement activities when needed
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
• Proven track record in maintenance execution management from supervisory or OMC/PMC roles
• Broad understanding of maintenance crafts

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, no expected overtime.
