Maintenance Manager - Paper Mill Reliability and Lean

Responsibilities

• Lead site-wide maintenance, building a strong safety culture and team.
• Drive asset reliability, shutdowns, and capital investments that hit ROI targets.
• Set KPIs, manage budgets, and partner with operations on capacity and cost goals.

Requirements

• Engineering degree, or 5+ years in maintenance or reliability in lieu of degree
• 2+ years leading a maintenance department
• Lockout, PPE, and confined space safety expertise
• Lean, planning and scheduling, and CapEx experience

Skills

• Pulp and paper mill experience
• Deep trade or reliability background

Pay

$120,000 to $140,000/yr
