The Maintenance Manager will work in collaboration with property management to oversee building maintenance functions, budget, and vendor contracts for Grace Apartments, a 53 unit building in Denver, CO. Pay: $28-30/hour, dependent on experience Benefits Early close Fridays (3 paid hours each Friday) Early close prior to a holiday (3 paid hours) Paid Time off between Christmas and New Year's HolidaySeveral Healthcare plans to choose from, dental (includes adult and child orthodontia) and vision 15 days of earned PTO your first year, 12 company holidays + 2 floating holidays403b + match Paid Volunteer Time Paid Parental Leave and Care Giver Leave Paid Life Insurance Free Employee Assistance Plan Free Basic DentalPet Insurance options Duties (Normal day activities) Patch and paint walls, trim, and ceilings.Clean, repair, and maintain appliances.Prepare units for new residents, including completing necessary turnover work.Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.Manage day-to-day maintenance functions.Assist with maintenance budget oversight.Coordinate and manage vendor contracts in collaboration with the property management team. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Three (3) years of experience in skilled maintenance work. Technical expertise in one or more building trade.Valid Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications Technical certifications. Knowledge And Skills Work in a collaborative manner and in a team environment. Comprehend and communicate in the English language, both orally and in writing. Present information to groups of people. Perform basic math and understand measurement systems used in the trade. Read and interpret electrical, plumbing, and mechanical diagrams and blueprints. Draft working sketches. Use maintenance, trade, and testing equipment and tools. Effectively oversee work progress of vendors or outside contractors.Legally operate a motor vehicle. This is a brief description summarizing the abilities and skills needed for the position.
