Maintenance Manager
Description
The Maintenance Manager will provide expertise and leadership to the service and maintenance staff while ensuring the safe maintenance, repair or replacement of WestRock's plant assets. This role will also drive continuous improvement of plant operations to enable efficient, high-quality production of customer products.
Requirements
- 2- year technical degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 10 - 15 years in industrial maintenance with supervisory experience of maintenance engineers
- Adept at problem-solving and identifying root cause to implement preventative methods
- Able to plan and manage a budget
- To work within a 24/7 plant operations facility
- A strategic thinker with the confidence to make decisions which impact safety, uptime and productivity
- To coach and develop talent to create a highly productive, safety-conscious team
- Strong communication skills with ability to adjust communication style and interact across all levels of the organization
Qualifications

Pay
The salary range for this position is $99,375.00 - $165,625.00, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law, 15 days of paid vacation, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change.
