Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the property, ensuring that the building is in excellent condition and meeting all safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and landscaping services.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to manage repair and replacement projects.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent issues before they arise.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential problems early.
• Work closely with the Property Manager to address tenant concerns and improve overall property management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with property management software.
• Knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
