About the role
Run the maintenance production floor for a Marine Raider organization — from Equipment Repair Order (ERO) processing through readiness reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance production and records in GCSS-MC
- Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance
- Manage the Equipment Repair Order (ERO) lifecycle
- Monitor deadline reports and parts-on-order status
- Run calibration and modification control
- Analyze readiness metrics
Requirements
- 4–8+ years in maintenance management / production control
- GCSS-MC maintenance module experience at power-user level (required for leads)
- Active Secret clearance
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- USMC maintenance management background (preferred)
