Maintenance - Maintenance Hourly

About the role

The Janitorial Maintenance role is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining, and overseeing the repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, electrostatic precipitator, and various other restaurant equipment and general upkeep to ensure optimal operating results and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. This position supports the company's facility operations and performs various maintenance and some janitorial duties.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and oversee repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and electrostatic precipitator systems
• Maintain and repair various other restaurant equipment
• Perform general upkeep to ensure optimal operating results
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Support company facility operations
• Perform various maintenance and janitorial duties
