Maintenance - Level III

What You’ll Do

• Manage irrigation timers
• Repair irrigation leaks
• Repair sprinkler heads
• Ensure grass remains green and healthy
• Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealing property
• Communicate regularly and professionally with management and staff
• Work closely with them on all special maintenance projects
• Maintain grounds and common areas
• Keep grounds free from trash and debris
• Report maintenance concerns directly to management and perform repairs
• Conduct irrigation systems repairs
• Maintain vacant lot grounds
• Move heavy objects
• Maintain maintenance inventory and supplies
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Skills & Experience You Need

• A high school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in applicable areas, including irrigation repairs, plumbing, carpentry, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
• Willingness to be on call for emergencies that arise after hours
