Maintenance Lead, Fort Smith, Day Shift

Essential Position Responsibilities

• Works on repairs and maintains equipment to ensure correct and efficient operation according to production requirements.
• Closely works with the Maintenance Manager to achieve department goals.
• Tactical management of daily maintenance operations under the direction of the Manager.
• Maintains compliance with quality standards and ensures a safe work environment.
• Learns and communicates Simmons Operating Systems principles and objectives.
• Performs other duties as necessary to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• One (1) year related training/experience in all areas of maintenance.
• Ability to perform mathematical computations and troubleshoot equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Welding skills are preferred.
