Maintenance Lead

About the Role

This position involves applying advanced maintenance and reliability skills to ensure equipment safety and longevity. The role includes performing preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance across various trades such as electrical, welding, pipefitting, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and systems
• Read and interpret schematics
• Document maintenance work
• Operate mobile equipment
• Ensure safety compliance
• Collaborate with team members
• Support continuous improvement of facility operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance and electrical troubleshooting experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to perform physical tasks, work in elevated and outdoor environments, and communicate in English
• Basic computer skills and planning experience
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS, control voltage, PLCs, or VFDs
• Trade certifications or military experience
• Experience with laser alignment and precision maintenance
