About the role
A Maintenance Technician responsible for preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance within our facility.
Responsibilities
- Complete maintenance tasks on equipment such as pumps, conveyor systems, and hydraulic components
- Document work and conditions using maintenance software
- Operate tools and heavy equipment, interpret schematics and manuals
- Ensure safety and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of maintenance or electrical troubleshooting experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and in varied conditions with PPE
- Strong communication skills in English and basic computer skills
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to work overtime and adapt to different shifts
Skills
- Forklift experience
- Leadership abilities
- Familiarity with CMMS systems
- Knowledge of automation, pneumatic, PLC, and electrical systems
- Technical degree
- Experience with inventory management
