Maintain and repair physical dwellings.

Responsibilities

• Refurbish and upkeep apartments during and prior to resident occupancy.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and structural repairs to appliances, glass, sheet rock, masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings.
• Coordinate activities of workers engaged in maintenance and repair of physical dwellings.

Requirements

• Maintenance certifications required.
• HVAC experience a plus.
