Maintenance Inventory Clerk

The Maintenance Inventory Clerk is responsible for the proper control of all incoming and outgoing inventory, mail, supplies, and packages at the site. This role involves receiving, recording, and tracking all such items that arrive or leave the site. Additionally, this role ensures that all guest or department packages are delivered and recorded to the appropriate recipients.

• Maintain an inventory control system as directed by company standards.
• Stock inventory in the supply room, adhering to all standards for checkout of inventory or supplies.
• Load and unload deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic office duties with basic PC skills.
• Filing and tracking skills.
