This journeyman‑level instrumentation technician performs scheduled and preventive maintenance, break‑in work, and a variety of duties both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot equipment through DCS systems, single‑loop controls, data acquisition, and camera systems.
- Install, calibrate, and maintain electronic and pneumatic field instruments for flow, level, temperature, vibration, hydraulic, and analytical systems.
- Repair and calibrate final control elements such as control valves, pneumatic and electronic positioners.
- Use test equipment for calibration and preventive maintenance; read loop sheets, P&IDs, and electrical schematics.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 1 year of vocational/technical education in the instrumentation discipline.
- Industrial technology degree or certificate from an accredited college or trade school.
- Willing and capable of working all shifts.
Desired Skills
- Interest in manufacturing and experience in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of control and instrument theory, calibration, installation, and valves.
- Strong math and physics understanding.
- Highly motivated, results‑driven, and effective in team settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Pay
Hourly rate: $37.01 (effective June 1 2026).

Schedule
