Maintenance III & Night Manager - Quail Run, Santa Rosa

About the role

This position supports maintenance duties and repairs at multiple communities with 150+ units. It includes participating in the Maintenance Onboarding Support program after one year of employment with Eden.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Yardi software to create and/or complete work orders and sync daily
• Communicate with residents about delays in work completion
• Reliable transportation required for duties throughout the day, including after business hours and on weekends
• May require travel to central offices, sites, attend trainings, and business-related events
• Perform daily inspections and quarterly property inspections
• Assist in custodial work and grounds work
• Use cell phone to record time worked and lunch breaks
• Participate in company meetings and trainings using Zoom and Teams
• Participate in property operations maintenance meetings and team days
• Handle concerns and adversity with tact and diplomacy
• Maintain knowledge of water, gas, and other building and fixture cutoffs
• Support the emergency response plan team

Requirements

• Minimum of three years' experience in a maintenance or construction environment
• High school diploma or GED

Qualifications

• Proficient in preventative and ongoing maintenance of a property
• Attentive to detail
• Desirable second language skills may vary site by site
