About the role
Yellowstone Club is a high-end private residential community set amidst the grandeur of the Rocky Mountains in Big Sky, Montana. Members and their guests can ski or snowboard on the more than 2,700 skiable acres and 100+ runs at the Club, relax at the Club’s Camphouse Pool and Fitness Center which includes a 75-foot heated pool and platform tennis courts, dine at one of the Club’s numerous eateries, or partake in other outdoor activities. In addition to traditional recreational and leisure activities, guests take advantage of the Club’s beautiful property to hold weddings, family reunions, and other outdoor events.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering and maintenance services in support of acquisition, operation, and lifecycle maintenance of Club facilities.
- Contribute to minor and major facilities improvements and renovations.
- Manage repair, maintenance projects, and building improvements.
- Cooking and cleaning duties as needed.
- Respond to emergencies involving HVAC systems, fire alarm and life safety systems, ice rink systems, pool mechanical systems, and snowmelt systems.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of visited rooms and homes.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout (LOTO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, and OSHA standards.
- Respond to work orders through the Club’s CMMS system (Limble).
Requirements
- One (1) year of maintenance experience at a high-end hotel, resort, private club, or comparable commercial facility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid U.S. or International Drivers license.
Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, motors, plumbing systems, and electrical components.
- Working knowledge of Fire Alarm and Life Safety Systems, ice rink systems, pool mechanical systems, and snowmelt systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to fifty (50) pounds.
Benefits
- Wage: $24.23 - $40.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.
- Overtime is available at $36.65 - $60.00 per hour.
- Discretionary season-end bonus.

Pay
$24.23 - $40.00 hourly
Schedule
40 hours per week, with additional hours available during peak times, including overtime. Work schedule can vary and can include morning, evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may be performed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Work hours will vary by location, which can be early morning, morning, afternoon, evening or late evening. There is also an overnight shift employees may be assigned to. Example shifts: 7:00am - 3:00pm, 12:00pm - 8:00pm, and 10:00pm - 6:00am. Shift hours may vary.
