We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. The posting includes: Job Summary (maybe "About the role"), Key Responsibilities, Education & Experience, Licenses and Certifications, Other Preferred Qualifications, Skills, Work Environment / Physical Requirements, Qualifications (some duplicate). Also there is "Essential Duties and Responsibilities" repeated. We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe from Job Summary). Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities). Requirements (Education & Experience, Licenses and Certifications). Qualifications (maybe combine with Requirements? But we can have separate sections: Requirements and Qualifications if distinct. The posting has "Education & Experience", "Licenses and Certifications", "Other Preferred Qualifications". Also "Skills". Also "Work Environment / Physical Requirements". Also "Qualifications" (the essential duties). Might be overlapping. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. We'll create sections:

About the role

with the Job Summary paragraph.

Responsibilities

with
  • for each bullet from Key Responsibilities (General Maintenance & Repairs, Preventive & Deferred Maintenance, Grounds & Exterior Maintenance, Supervision & Collaboration, Safety & Compliance, Inventory & Tools). Could also include sub-bullets? We'll keep each main bullet as
  • with maybe internal text.

    Requirements

combine Education & Experience, Licenses and Certifications, Other Preferred Qualifications? Actually "Other Preferred Qualifications" is more like qualifications. We'll separate: Requirements for mandatory: Education & Experience, Licenses and Certifications. Qualifications for preferred: Other Preferred Qualifications, Skills. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see content: Education & Experience: "High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential or multifamily maintenance required. Experience in troubleshooting and performing repairs on building systems preferred." Licenses and Certifications: "Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required. Pool certification required for properties with pools. Trade certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred." Other Preferred Qualifications: list of tools familiarity. Skills: list of skill bullets. Work Environment / Physical Requirements: description. Qualifications (Essential Duties and Responsibilities): seems duplicate of responsibilities but more detailed. Might be redundant; we could incorporate into Responsibilities but we must preserve all info. Could add a subsection under Responsibilities? But we need headings only. Could create a section "Additional Responsibilities" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are limited to those listed; we should not create other headings. So we must fit content into allowed headings. We can put the essential duties under Responsibilities as more detail, maybe as extra
  • items. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Work Environment (maybe as "Work Environment" heading? Not in list but we could use "Work Environment" as a heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says use

for section headings (e.g. ...). Likely we should stick to those headings. Work Environment not listed; maybe we can incorporate into Requirements or Qualifications? Could put under Requirements as "Work Environment & Physical Requirements". But that's not exactly requirement. Could create a section "Requirements" and include that as part. Better: Use "Requirements" for education/experience/licenses, and "Qualifications" for preferred qualifications and skills, and maybe include work environment under Qualifications? Hmm. Alternatively, we could create a section "Work Environment" even if not in examples; the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exhaustive. So we can use other headings as needed, but better to stick to those to be safe. However we need to convey work environment info; we could put it under "Qualifications" as a subsection? But we cannot add subheadings; we could just include a

inside Qualifications. Thus plan: - About the role: Job Summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: combine Key Responsibilities and Essential Duties (maybe as extra items). We'll list each main duty as

  • . - Requirements: Education & Experience, Licenses and Certifications (mandatory). We'll list as
    • . - Qualifications: Other Preferred Qualifications (tools familiarity) and Skills (list). Also maybe include Work Environment / Physical Requirements as a

under Qualifications. We must not repeat job title. No metadata like Job ID. We'll output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. First, About the role: The Job Summary paragraph: "The Maintenance II technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community by performing advanced maintenance tasks and supporting the upkeep of building systems, units, and common areas. This role assists with troubleshooting complex maintenance issues, guides junior staff, and ensures that preventive maintenance and repair standards are upheld. The Maintenance II technician plays a key role in fostering a safe, functional, and clean-living environment for residents, visitors, and staff." We'll put that in
