Maintenance I - Rouquette III & IV

About the role

We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance I to join our team, specifically focused on working with seniors. Previous experience in maintenance is mandatory. The ideal candidate will maintain and enhance the value of the apartment community, in a timely, professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of both resident apartments and property maintenance needs
• Create a positive, supportive environment for seniors
• Manage multiple tasks with organization and detail orientation
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Use computers and property management software
• Handle occasional on-call responsibilities for emergencies

Pay

The pay for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional on-call responsibilities for emergencies.
