Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Rib Mountain, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems, lighting, and other facility infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
