Maintenance
About the role
This position could include 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. Experience in manufacturing utilities (boilers, wastewater treatment, cooling systems) a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all facility equipment and systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment and facility systems.
- Install, set up, and maintain equipment following blueprints, sketches, verbal instructions, or written work orders with minimal supervision.
- Operate and maintain machine shop equipment; perform welding, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and pump repairs as needed.
- Respond efficiently and calmly to emergency downtime situations to minimize production delays.
- Maintain legible and accurate maintenance records.
- Train and assist other maintenance personnel as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing or food manufacturing a plus. Knowledge of aseptic processing a plus. Good attendance and work history. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Hourly Pay Rate $32.26
