Maintenance I Full Time 1st Shift

Schedule: 7:00am–5:30pm, Monday–Thursday

About the role

This is an entry-level Maintenance Technician position for individuals who enjoy working with hand tools and are ready to build a career in maintenance. We provide the training and experience needed to turn your passion into a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and industrial batteries, including watering, washing, testing, and repair
• Receive training to work with electricity and use vendor manuals for preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
• Enroll in company-provided courses to expand your technical knowledge
• Obtain MHE certification to operate power material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, electric pallet jacks)
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers to resolve issues through strong relationships and teamwork
• Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in daily tasks
• Adopt and follow safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment
• Work in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature variations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to pass a drug screen (to the extent legally permissible)
• Willingness to work additional hours beyond scheduled shift, including overtime as needed
• Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet or more
• Capability to lift, push, or pull boxes/merchandise weighing between 70–100 pounds by hand
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience or training in maintenance-related fields
