Maintenance Handyman

About the role

Company provides van and gas card. Fully booked with steady work available. Work independently with office staff handling paperwork, in a family atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, drywall, plumbing and electrical repairs in homes and commercial properties
• Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs and mid-size home improvement projects
• Deliver a consistent & remarkably better customer experience when working in customers' homes
• Communicate with customers about scope of work, cost estimates, and manage expectations
• Leave customers thrilled with current work and open doors to future work

Requirements

• Strong 'multi-skill' background desired
• Must have/own 'day to day' tools of the trade
• Work independently

Pay

$27.00 to $32.00 per hour

Schedule

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
