Maintenance - Full Time

About the role

Oversee maintenance operations at a manufacturing facility, leading a team of up to 20 professionals. Develop maintenance strategies focused on safety, reliability, and efficiency; manage budgets and resources; and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and RCM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute maintenance strategies that prioritize safety, reliability, and efficiency
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and RCM methodologies
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Utilize CMMS software to manage work orders and equipment data

Requirements

• 5–10 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience supervising teams
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and asset reliability
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles
• High school diploma (required)
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications (preferred)
