Maintenance Foreman

About the role

The Maintenance Foreman oversees all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are maintained in top condition to support the operational needs of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements of equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Train and mentor junior staff members in maintenance techniques and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in using maintenance software and tools.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
