Responsibilities
- Maintain a variety of floor surfaces at McFarland clinic locations.
- Operate various floor buffing and cleaning equipment.
- Be proficient with a variety of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Perform duties in accordance with McFarland Clinic’s Core Values and Promise.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or HiSET equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to drive company vehicles by McFarland Clinic Auto Insurance carrier, if job assignment requires driving a company vehicle.
- Have/Willing to obtain floor care certification from ISSA.
- Previous hard surface floor care experience preferred.
- Previous McFarland Clinic experience preferred.

- Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
