About the role
This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, performing preventative maintenance on, and recommending replacement of tools, appliances, and equipment. It also involves calibrating all controls, gauges, meters, and operating shut-off valves. The role requires weekend availability and rotating on-call schedules.
Responsibilities
- Installs, maintains, and performs preventative maintenance on tools, appliances, and equipment.
- Calibrates all controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment as required.
- Identifies, locates, and operates all shut-off valves for equipment.
- Orders, marks, and stocks parts and supplies as needed.
- Maintains inventory and purchase orders log.
- Enters and locates work-related information using computers.
- Operates power lift.
- Reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
- Follows all company policies and procedures.
- Welcomes and acknowledges guests according to company standards.
- Speaks with others using clear and professional language.
- Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others.
- Supports team to reach common goals.
- Assists management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching Team members.
Requirements
- Advanced maintenance facilities and technical knowledge.

- Clear, concise communications skills (verbal and written).
- Visually inspects tools, equipment, or machines.
- Moves, lifts, carries, pushes, pulls, and places objects weighing up to 75 pounds without assistance.
- Grasps, turns, manipulates objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
- Enters and locates work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
- Moves over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces.
Qualifications
- One to three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One year of work-related experience and minimum of one year of supervisory experience.
- Technical Trade or Vocational School Degree.
- OSHA Certification preferred.
