Location: Hillsboro, OR. Duration: 6 months (Spring 2027 season, Jan–Jun).

About the role

Our site in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Technician Co-Op to join our team for the Spring 2027 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment to maximize equipment safety, uptime, reliability, quality, sustainability, and cost savings
• Develop innovative solutions to equipment performance issues within prescribed change control requirements
• Support equipment-related continuous improvement
• Support equipment and facilities upgrades

Requirements

• Currently enrolled student
• Desired major: Mechanical Engineering, graduating 2027
• Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (8 a.m.–5 p.m.) from January through June
• Familiar with university co‑op program requirements
• Physical requirements: ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lb

Pay

$20–30 per hour, with actual pay based on candidate qualifications.

Schedule

Full‑time, Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., January through June (approximately 40 hours/week).
