Maintenance Engineer – Plumbing/Electrical/General Maintenance

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance tasks in commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Inspect electrical systems for safety and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems.
• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in maintenance or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Skills

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
